Learning Outcomes

 

Masters Program in Astronomy ITB determines the outcomes so that graduates have the ability to:

  1. Understanding of astronomy/astrophysics and related fields of science at intermediate level,
  2. Analyzing astronomy/astrophysics issues (theory and observation) based on relevant methods and referring to current knowledge on related topics by paying attention to related norms,
  3. Acquire/build experience in basic research on astronomy with the application of multidisciplinary aspects,
  4. Participate and contribute actively in relevant scientific and community research programs to advance astronomy and astrophysics,
  5. Appreciate the place and role of astronomy in human civilization and maintain a strong enthusiasm for science.
